Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to carefully read through the following important information to ensure the best experience for you and your hair.

TREATMENT PREPARATION
•⁠ ⁠Wash and gently detangle your hair the day before.

•⁠ ⁠Skip the styling products – no oils, gels, leave-ins, or creams.

•⁠ ⁠Come with your hair down, just as it is.

•⁠ ⁠Avoid brushing out your curls when dry – we’d love to see your natural curl pattern.

•⁠ ⁠Please book the service that best matches your hair type – we’re happy to take the time your hair needs, and accurate bookings help us plan for that. PHOTOS
Please note that we take a before and after picture of the back of every client's hair. These photos are added to your profile for your stylist's reference.

APPOINTMENT SLOTS
Appointments are released on the 1st of each month at 8PM. Last-minute openings will be announced in our Instagram Stories.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Things happen! If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show up or cancel within 48 hours, we will charge you 30% of the full amount.

+1’S
Please note that you will not be able to bring a guest. Our salons are appointment-only and have limited space, so we kindly ask that you respect this policy.

AMENDMENTS
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within a week of your appointment. We will not be able to offer any adjustments after this period.

SERVICE
Please note that we do not tolerate any form of abuse and reserve the right to refuse service.
